Delivery

• I offer free delivery within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, regardless of quantity or size of lampshade ordered.
• At present I do not ship internationally. I am regularly reviewing courier options and hope to reinstate shipping to these countries at the earliest opportunity.
• As I hand make each lampshade to order, please allow 10-15 working days for me to create your unique item and have it ready for shipping.
• All lampshades will be individually wrapped and securely packaged in a strong double-walled box.
• If your order has been damaged in transit please notify me immediately so I can contact the couriers and arrange a replacement.

Returns

As all lampshades and lamp bases are individually made to customer specification, unfortunately they are non-returnable. In the case of a manufacturing fault I am happy to provide a replacement.

All lampshades are handmade to order so slight variations in design and positioning of fabric pattern may occur.
